Each year in February our local 4-H & FFA (Future Farmers of America) Clubs have their annual show and sale at the Southeastern Youth Fair in Ocala, FL.  In order to support our youth, who are learning about and will hopefully carry on their agricultural pursuits, we purchase several of the lambs they have raised and cared for.  Each participant is expected to submit a record book, is expected to groom and show their animal at the fair. These lambs are processed locally and can be cut and prepared to your exact specifications.  Help us carry on the long-standing agricultural tradition in Marion and close by counties.
