Ingredients

  • PORK BURGERS
  • 2 # Pasture Prime Berkshire Ground Pork
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped scallions
  • 2 TBSP grated Ginger
  • 2 TBSP grated Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Chili Flakes optional
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 TBSP Sesame Oil
  • GINGER AIOLI
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 TBSP grated Ginger
  • 2 tsp. Sriracha or other hot sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice or vinegar

Instructions

  1. Burgers: mix all ingredients together gently without overmixing
  2. Cook on grill or in Cast Iron Skillet
  3. Aioli: mix gently and serve atop burgers
