Our 30 pound variety boxes contain 2 fillets, 2 prime rib steaks, 2 New York strip steaks, world famous hamburger, a roast or two and the balance would have a mix of other great cuts like shoulder steak, flank steak, flat iron, brisket, tri-tip steak, kabobs, sirloin steak, etc.
In the future, we will be selling by the quarter, half or whole carcass. Current prices for buying meat by the quarter are $6.50 per pound based on the hanging weight of the carcass. This would come to about $10 per pound for the packaged meat.
